Frequently asked questions
Due to the scheduled live group format, we can't reschedule class sessions. Because the class format is fun and effective, we ask students consider the schedule seriously and make arrangements to make class. In the case you can't make the usual class time, students can arrange a makeup class, if they aren't able to attend at least 50% of the class.
If you need to reschedule the 6 week course, please discuss with your teacher in the first week. We may be able to switch you to another course that's available, or a future course.
Contact your teacher as soon as you need to arrange a makeup class. Please note that make up sessions are arranged according to the teacher’s availability. Even if a request is made before the absence, a makeup session may not always be available. It is recommended to have at least 1 hour ($35) of make-up sessions to make up for a 2 hour class.
If you cancel the course, and request a refund, during the registration period (one week before the course starts), we can refund 100% of the course tuition, minus a $15 fee.
If you cancel the course, and request a refund, between the end of the registration period and 24 hours after the 1st session, we can refund 50% of the course fee.
Course cancelation and refund requests requested 24 hours after the first session may not receive a full or partial refund. Arrangements can be made to reschedule to a future course.
